The Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company / Jackson, Tennessee

TLM has provided services for this company since 1982 in the areas of Architectural, Structural, Environmental, and Civil Design. Our design services with this company have been very diverse - from Civil and Structural studies of existing facilities, retrofit of existing structures to accommodating new process equipment and complete design of new manufacturing facilities.

Ameristeel / Jackson, Tennessee (Formerly Florida Steel)

Florida Steel selected our firm in 1979 to design a new Mini-Steel-Mill-from site development through completion of production facilities - for processing scrap steel into high quality structural steel shapes and reinforcing bars. Our firm continues to provide all engineering for plant expansions and modifications.

Jackson Industrial Development Bond Board / Jackson, Tennessee

The Jackson Industrial Development Bond Board selected our firm in 1991 to design a 160,000 square-foot shell building including site development. We worked closely with the board chairman in monitoring project cost throughout construction which was completed in May 1992.

City of Martin Industrial Development / Martin, Tennessee

Our firm was chosen to design a 50,000 S.F. speculative industrial building for a Martin Industrial Park. TLM provided architectural, structural and civil engineering services for this project.

H.C. Spinks Clay Company / Paris, Tennessee

TLM has provided services for this company since 1975 in the dry-processed ball clay industries to include three expansions; more recently designed facilities and assisted in developing production procedures for wet-processed ball clays. This project, known as Flo-Tech™, has created a new product and standard for the ceramic industry.

Florida Tile Industries / Shannon, Georgia ; Lawrenceburg, Kentucky ; Lakeland, Florida

TLM has been associated with this company since 1980 in development, design and completion for ceramic tile manufacturing facilities from body preparation and production lines to warehousing at their plant sites in Shannon, Georgia; Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; and Lakeland, Florida. During our association, we have been involved in five expansions at the Shannon Plant, two plant expansions in Lawrenceburg and three expansions in Lakeland.

Cooper Power Systems - Division of Cooper Industries / Macomb, Illinois

This manufacturer of electrical porcelain products contracted our firm to study their existing facilities and design a new body preparation system for increased quality control and finished product production.

Bunge Corporation & Soybean Processing Division / St. Louis, Missouri

TLM designed new facilities in Cairo, Illinois, and Marks and Vicksburg, Mississippi, for receiving, processing and storage of soybean products. We designed all Phases of raw and finished goods loading facilities for rail, truck, and barge.

TileCera - Subsidiary of Siam Cement Group / Bangkok, Thailand

TLM designed a new ceramic tile manufacturing facility, from body preparation and production line to warehousing, at TileCera’s plant site in Clarksville, Tennessee.

W.C. Industries - Subsidiary of Venceramica / Caracas, Venezuela

W.C. Industries selected our firm in 1992 to renovate and design a new addition to an existing industrial facility in Duncan, South Carolina.

ERW Pipe Mill for IPSCO Tubular, Inc. / Blytheville, Arkansas

TLM worked with Continental Construction Company in 1998 on a 160,000 S.F. Design/Build Facility for IPSCO Steel Pipe Group for production of tubular steel pipe. TLM provided architectural and structural engineering services for this project.

Pipe Mill for Skyline Steel Pipe Group / Iuka, Mississippi

TLM worked with Continental Construction Company in 2005 on a 150,000 S.F. Design/Build Facility for Skyline Steel Pipe Group for production of corrugated steel pipe. TLM provided architectural and structural engineering services for this project.

Weakley County Industrial Speculative Building / Martin, Tennessee

TLM was selected in 2006 by the Weakley County Industrial Development Board to design a 100,000 S.F. speculative industrial building to include site development for future 200,000 S.F. TLM provided architectural, structural and civil engineering services for this project.

Tennalum Div. of Kaiser Aluminum / Jackson, Tennessee

TLM has worked with Tennalum on plant expansions and office expansions since 1996.
