The Bolivar Downtown Enhancement project included the removal and replacement of curbs, sidewalks, streetlights, landscaping, and drainage on ten blocks in the core downtown area of Bolivar. The total project budget was $3,300,000. nnTLM Associates was the lead engineer on the project providing all construction design and project administration services including the realignment of street sections, preparation of traffic control and erosion control plans, review of shop drawings and conducting regular progress meetings. TLM also provided construction inspection and close coordination with the TN Department of Transportation.n
