TLM Associates was the lead engineer on the project providing design and technical assistance required during submittal of the applications utilized to fund the projects, construction oversight and administration of the project through the grant process.rnrnThe Downtown Mini Park was constructed on the Northwest corner of Main Street and Central Avenue in Humboldt, Tennessee. Prior to this project the corner lot was a vacant space with only the concrete remains of a building previously demolished. Now the lot is displayed with a new focus as a public gathering space for small groups, individual reflection, and informal lunch congregation. The area has been landscaped with a variety of flowering and non-flowering trees and plants, benches, a cedar pergola and a small associated parking area.rn
