K Street Bridge Replacement Details

Description:

In order to preserve the natural stream channel, maintain the current roadway elevation, and facilitate rapid construction, TLM Associates selected a 42 foot wide pre-manufactured concrete arch bridge to span the channel and provide the hydraulic capacity needed to replace an aging three span bridge. This bridge provided an aesthetically pleasing solution in an urban setting in lieu of standard concrete box culverts and span type bridges.
