TLM was selected by the City of Medina to provide planning, design, and construction management services for a new community park complex. This project consists of a four field baseball complex with a 1/2 mile lighted walking trail and two soccer fields on approximately 30 acres. Environmental design was a key factor in design of this project due to two high quality streams and wetlands on the development. TLM provided environmental design and completed the permitting process for the city. Permitting included two ARAP applications and wetland delineation by the Army Corps of Engineers. TLM provided construction administration, construction and erosion control inspection, and guidance to the contractor on maintaining best management practices to assure permit compliance. The total project costs are $2,500,000.
