TLM Associates was engaged to provide site layout and grading, erosion control design and storm water permitting for this 90-acre, $15 million commercial development. Design elements of this project include utility systems, storm water systems, temporary and permanent detention ponds and street design. The size and scope of this project required the development of multiple erosion and stabilization plans throughout different phases of development and construction.rnrnLocated in the highest density, high-income area of Jackson, the development is zoned for commercial and medical use. Development of the raw land included approximately 5000,000 cubic yards of excavation and grading to shape the property, drainage systems, utility infrastructure, and the construction of Union University Drive through the property. TLM Associates also developed Master Planning for the individual lot and access layouts.rn
