TLM Associates Inc. was selected by Winberry Farms to provide design services for the construction of Phase One of the Traditions Subdivision. Design of this project included new roadways, utilities, storm water management design, and environmental design and permitting. TLM also assisted the developer through the review process for the Department of Environment & Conservation and the City of Jackson. Construction was completed on this project in 2008 and construction of residential houses began immediately.
