Mr. Henderson first joined TLM Associates, Inc. in 1980. He rejoined TLM in 1990 and became President in 1991. Throughout his career Mr. Henderson has been involved with every aspect of projects, including conceptualization and development of public support. He is enthusiastically involved with each TLM project and his number one priority is client satisfaction.

Mr. Nichols has been with TLM since 1967. For 25 years, he has been a Project Manager and Chief Designer in connection with numerous, major industrial and manufacturing facilities in Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Florida, Illinois, Arkansas and Tennessee with construction costs ranging from $2 million to $60 million.

Mr. Nichols’ experience includes site design, grading, and access roadways for industrial and treatment plants. He has provided master planning for industrial projects, proposed new facilities and plant expansions. Other projects included projecting growth, utility accessibility and the design of process equipment, including planning and layout, piping and wastewater treatment.

Mr. Nichols has provided structural engineering studies of existing facilities for proposed manufacturing additions and modifications. He has done structural design and contract drawing preparation for commercial construction of hospitals, schools, restaurants, office buildings, stadiums, detention facilities, marinas and arenas.

Mr. Drumwright joined TLM Associates, Inc., in 1987 as a staff engineer. He has also worked as a project engineer, project manager and vice president, and is now a principal in the firm. During his tenure with TLM Associates, Inc. he has assisted dozens of owners in exceeding their expectations through design, project management and administration. Mr. Drumwright has personally designed a wide variety of civil engineering projects including: various airport, roadway, bridge, drainage, water plant, water distribution, sanitary sewer, pumping station, subdivision, commercial site and solid waste facilities.

Prior to joining TLM, Mr. Drumwright gained experience with design and construction surveying for roads, sewers and site development in Memphis, Tennessee.

He then spent several years working throughout the Southeastern U.S. evaluating sanitary sewer systems, performing sanitary sewer field studies, preparing sewer rehabilitation reports, designing sewer rehabilitation work and performing sanitary sewer rehabilitation.

Mr. Drumwright subsequently spent seven years in county government service in a large metropolitan area in the Southeast. During this period in his career, he was involved in management, operations, design and construction of wastewater treatment systems. He was instrumental in developing a major capital improvement program for the wastewater system.

As program manager of the capital improvement program, he was directly responsible for a $180 million budget, cash-flow analysis, scheduling, consultant selection and contract negotiation. He also provided significant input in the design and construction process. Mr. Drumwright’s background in government service gives him a unique understanding of the perspective of owners, especially governmental clients.

Mr. Safin has been with TLM Associates, Inc. since 2003. A licensed civil engineer since 2007, he has experience in project design and management in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Safin’s experience includes a number of site, transportation, and utility projects. Mr. Safin also serves as plans reviewer for the City of Medina, as well as Madison County.

Prior to joining TLM Associates, Inc., Mr. Safin interned at the Tennessee Department of Transportation. He has also served as a Project Engineer at United Foods, Inc. in Bells, Tennessee.

Mr. Snider joined TLM Associates, Inc. in 1973 and has more than 30 years experience as a designer of every type of civil engineering project. Mr. Snider has been involved in the design plans production, administration and inspection of every TLM airport project. His involvement in the design of dozens of water and sewer projects has ranged from lines and pumping stations to treatment facilities, numerous roadways, large sites and subdivisions.

Mr. Snider produces clear, concise plans for project construction. Having served in the capacities of inspector, construction manager and project manager, he is familiar with all phases of a project from conception to completion.
