Mr. Miller joined TLM Associates, Inc. in 2011. Prior to joining TLM Associates, Inc., he was employeed by the University of Memphis with the following positions:
- T-DOT Specifications Project, Student Intern: Mixing and testing Superpave gyratory compaction samples. Developing a companion specification to the Marshall specification currently being used by TDOT for asphalt mixtures used for patch work along the interstate.
- Storm Water Project, Intern: Performed graphical digitization of aerial photography to quantify stormwater run-off area for the City of Jacksonville, Florida.
