Mr. Nichols has been with TLM since 1967. For 25 years, he has been a Project Manager and Chief Designer in connection with numerous, major industrial and manufacturing facilities in Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Florida, Illinois, Arkansas and Tennessee with construction costs ranging from $2 million to $60 million.
Mr. Nichols’ experience includes site design, grading, and access roadways for industrial and treatment plants. He has provided master planning for industrial projects, proposed new facilities and plant expansions. Other projects included projecting growth, utility accessibility and the design of process equipment, including planning and layout, piping and wastewater treatment.
Mr. Nichols has provided structural engineering studies of existing facilities for proposed manufacturing additions and modifications. He has done structural design and contract drawing preparation for commercial construction of hospitals, schools, restaurants, office buildings, stadiums, detention facilities, marinas and arenas.
